Adult Dance/Fitness Program

It’s never too late to learn dance, get back into dance or even join a fitness class. We are proud to introduce our new Adult Dance/ Fitness Program.  This live and virtually instructed program will provide our members with a variety of dance and fitness classes during the week. If you are looking to learn Ballet, Latin, or Hip Hop or need some moral support to take virtual fitness classes, we can provide that.

Our monthly membership offers you access to 40 classes per month. Classes include:

  • -Ballet
  • -Hip Hop Cardio
  • -Latin Cardio
  • -Full Body Group Workout
  • -Barre Workout
  • -Cardio Strength
  • -Flexibility & Stretching

Cost of Membership

  • -$25 non-refundable deposit
  • -$60/month
  • -$40/month for adults with at least one child enrolled in classes at The Studio School of Dance

Registration and Membership Details

  • -Adult Dance/ Fitness Program Registration is open
  • -Must pre-register before attending classes
  • -Membership is billed monthly to the credit card on file
  • -Membership is not transferable and can not be shared with friends, spouses, or partners.
  • -Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice of termination via email.

    • 5:45-6:45 pm Hip Hop Cardio Derwin M.
  • Wednesday
    • 4:30-5:30 pm Flexibility & Stretching
    • 5:45-6:45 pm Ballet with Vivian P.
    • 5:45-6:45 pm Full Body Cardio Workout
  • Thursday
    • 4:30-5:30 pm Barre workout
    • 5:30-6:30 pm Latin Cardio Mariangel D.
  • Saturday
    • 9:30-10:30 am Cardio Strength

Dress code for Adult Dance / Fitness Program 

HAIR:  Long hair must be secured away from the face in a ponytail

SHIRT: The Studio School of Dance t-shirt or any workout shirt

PANTS: Any brand of leggings, athletic pants, sweatpants, or jazz pants

FOOTWEAR: Ballet– Any brand of split-sole pink ballet shoes; Hip Hop– Sneakers only to be worn in the studio; Latin Dance– TBD
