Designed for dancers ages 8 and up, this immersive program is perfect for building strength, improving technique, and mastering leaps, turns, tricks, and more—all while exploring a variety of dance styles in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Consistent training helps dancers maintain and improve their technique, keeping them conditioned and ready to excel in the upcoming season. Our workshop is designed to challenge and inspire dancers, giving them the confidence to take their performance to the next level.

12:30–1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00–2:00 PM – Group A: Jazz with Elizabeth / Group B: Modern with Katherine
2:00–2:15 PM – Snack Break
2:15–3:30 PM – Repertory & Tricks Lab/Variation (All Groups)
3:30 PM – Dismissal

- Ballet Technique: Refine placement, control, and artistry through traditional barre and center combinations.
- Jazz: High-energy combinations that develop precision, musicality, and performance presence.
- Contemporary: Blend of modern, jazz, and ballet—focuses on emotional expression, fluid movement, and floor work.
- Modern: Strengthen grounded movement and explore techniques like Horton and Graham.
- Variation: Learn famous classical ballet solos with an emphasis on storytelling and technical clarity.
- Repertory & Tricks Lab: Time dedicated to performance choreography and mastering advanced leaps, turns, and acro skills.
- Wellness Workshops: Injury prevention, nutrition, and wellness education to support dancer health and longevity.
