Become a Vendor
We invite artisans, boutiques, and small businesses to apply and share their products with our community. Applications are reviewed to create a varied shopping experience and give participating businesses an opportunity to stand out.
Standard vendor rate: $100
Returning Vendor Appreciation Rate: $75 for businesses that participated in 2025 and apply by October 18, 2026. Returning vendors applying after October 18 pay $100.
Your space includes one eight-foot table, two chairs, linen, and promotion through studio event marketing. Additional display space and electrical access require advance approval.
Apply by November 8, 2026, or sooner if spaces fill. Applications are reviewed weekly; you will receive an email decision within seven calendar days. Applications received by November 8 will receive a decision no later than November 10.
Submitting an application does not reserve a space. Participation is confirmed only after approval and full payment. Accepted vendors must pay within seven days of acceptance or by November 15, whichever comes first. Please wait for acceptance before sending payment.
